We understand that accidents happen, people get sick and/or emergencies occur.
We will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with grace. We do
record these occurrences so as to prevent abuse of Fusion Boutique Studio salon
policy.
PET POLICY
As much as we love our furry companions, Fusion Boutique Studio salon is not a
good environment for pets. Notwithstanding, it is against city and state health
regulations to have animals in the salon, we also have to consider our clients who
may be allergic or not as ‘in-love’ with pets as others may be. We have also found
that because of the different chemicals and heavy aromas that we use at times
combined with animal’s acute senses, it can actually irritate your pet to be in the
salon and spa.
The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have “Animals:
No animals or pets shall be allowed in a salon, with the exception of fish kept in
closed aquariums, or trained animals to assist the hearing impaired, visually
impaired, or the physically disabled, “specific Rules and Regulations stating that no
animals are allowed in a salon at any time. The exception is service dogs, not
emotional support animals.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not regarded as a “working service dog”, but
as an emotional support animal. An ESA enables you to function normally on a day-
to-day basis. An ESA does NOT need to be trained to perform a significant life task
for you.
